PROCUREMENT CLERK

ROLE SUMMARY

Donwyk Labs is looking for a professional and dynamic Procurement Clerk who will be responsible for the purchase requests from departments, placing and tracking of orders. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for vendor and customer queries and any other Finance Department admin process.

SKILLS PROFILE

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

• Comprehensive understanding of procurement to payable cycle.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Working experience on SAP will be an advantage

• Relevant hospital experience will be a recommendation

• Ability to function independently with minimum supervision 

KNOWLEDGE

• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change with good planning and organisational skills

• Team working and Approachable
